PREPARATION FOR SC - 401

Hi everyone,

I've already completed several projects with Microsoft Purview, including security, compliance, and governance, and a bit of DSPM.

The thing is, I saw that there's an SC-401 certification. The company I work for is encouraging me to take this exam because clients require that anyone working on MS Purview projects be certified. I'd like to know what study methods you used for this exam, besides MS Learn.

Thanks!

Anyone had cartilage graft surgery for grade 4 chondromalacia patellae? I'm looking for real-life experiences.

Hello everyone.

I'm 28 years old and I've been diagnosed with grade 4 chondromalacia patellae in my knee. They're suggesting cartilage graft/transplant surgery to me. They're presenting it as an option, and I'm a little scared.

I'd like to know if anyone here has had this surgery.

It would help me a lot if you could tell me:

What technique did they use? (mosaicoplasty, MACI, osteochondral graft, etc.)

How long were you on crutches/not putting weight on it?

When were you able to walk normally again, go back to work, and play sports?

Did it really get rid of the pain? On a scale of 1 to 10, how much did you improve?

Do you regret it, or would you do it again?

Is there anything you wish you had known before the surgery?

I've had pain going up and down stairs for 4 months now. I'm torn between surgery and continuing with conservative treatment, and I have a lot of doubts.

Any experience, good or bad, is incredibly helpful. I'm reading them. Thanks!

Me ayudaría mucho si pudieran contarme:

¿Qué técnica les hicieron? (mosaicoplastia, MACI, injerto osteocondral, etc.)

¿Cuánto tiempo estuvieron con muletas / sin apoyar?

¿Cuándo pudieron volver a caminar normal, trabajar, hacer deporte?

Cerco esperienze dirette.

Ciao a tutti.

Mi farebbe piacere leggere i vostri commenti. Grazie!

me sirve cualquier experiencia. Estoy entre operarme o buscar segunda opinión y me ayudaría caleta leer casos reales.

Surgery (autologous cartilage graft) for grade 4 chondromalacia

Hi everyone,

I'm 29 years old and I've been playing competitive soccer and tournaments for 6 years. A few months ago, I suddenly started experiencing pain in my right knee. At first, it was mild, but now it hurts even when I climb stairs.

I went to an orthopedist, who ordered an MRI, and I was diagnosed with grade 4 chondromalacia patellae. He said the only option is surgery: an autologous cartilage graft. They take healthy cartilage from another part of my body and implant it in my knee.

I've never been injured like this before, and I'm scared about the surgery. That's why I'm asking:

If you've had OATS, mosaicplasty, or MACI procedures, any experience would be helpful. I'm deciding between surgery or getting a second opinion, and it would really help to read real-life cases.

Were you able to return to competitive sports after the surgery?

Did the pain go away, or are you still experiencing discomfort?

Did the area where the cartilage was taken cause any problems?

Any experience would be helpful. I'm torn between surgery and seeking a second opinion, and reading real-life case studies would be incredibly helpful.

I will take the exam DP-700 a second time.

Has anyone taken the DP-700 exam a second time? I just failed it and want to know if the questions are repeated or completely different.
