Advice!
I have a 1994 champion that’s too small now (2 bed, 1 bath) and needs repairs. I own my land and it’s a little over a half of acre. Paid cash for it in 2015 with the mobile home already set up. Just did a total remodel. Since then i have had 2 other children, 3 total, so we went to look at some 4 bedroom double wides. Surprise, surprise! Another mobile home can not be put on my land according to the city ordinance. I’m honestly at a loss and a little discouraged, because we need more room and I’m so tired of sharing the bathroom with 3 little boys!! I guess I’m just looking for some advice. It’s too damn expensive to build a 4 bedroom, new construction home. Would adding a room and bathroom be cost efficient and just doing another remodel? Or at this point, i was even thinking of moving, but i want to keep my property.
