I still get angry that he died

I've been rewatching again and realized that Henry dying still angers me. Their connection started out as a transaction, but deepened and became a solid foundation for them.

I believe it was Henry's death that ultimately started Teddy on her spiral and all her decisions after just throwing her life into turmoil. She and Owen were never a good fit, and I feel like them getting together was out of desperation, fear of being alone, and settling for comfort over risking heartache again.

Out of all the men Teddy was with, Henry was the only one that challenged her in healthy ways, added to her life, and helped her grow.

And, Teddy and Henry would have had beautiful children. Lol.

I know it's just a show, but it's a show capable of eliciting emotional responses from some of the story lines. And anger is what I feel when I watch this storyline come to its end.

How did this affect you?
