hi, for last day of registration and payment (aug 31) if I pre- register and did the online registration but not yet proceed to payment, will I still be able or allowed to go to class? what's the best thing to do kaya? or is there a possibility for me to do a promissory note?

I've been waiting pa kasi for the release of our financial assistance from dole. I'm worried that I won't be able to enroll or be a late enrollee. Pls help this girlie out. 🥹

hi! open na ba ang scholarship for sfag? cuz they posted na sa fb but sa portal hindi pa naman open ang application. im confused na abt it, also, pwede namang mag apply ang upperclassmen right?
