I cannot download the game

The game gets to 11.19 GB and then it stops and it just will not let me go past that. I recently acquired the game via GameStop and It just will not go past 11.98 GB. Is there any way to fix it so I can play this game for the first time

Which to get

Let me start of by saying I have two other shfs that being tom and Andrew so it would seem like a no brainer however the Mafex boot has overall better articulation and accessories so if you were in my shoes what would you recommend and to any one who replies thank you.
