I’ve been taking 5mg of glp1 which was great initially and have done nothing other than gain weight since so want to give Reta a go. Have no idea how to calculate dose, reconstitution etc. have tried the calcs and am still confused. Any advice?

Anyone here taken on townhouse development (3) as an owner builder? How hard would it actually be if we’ve engaged an architect to help. Would have no idea where to start however am sure I could figure it out. Interested to hear others POV
