how to avoid mind wandering

hi, dokies! yl1 here. i've been struggling with remaining focused during long hours of lectures 🥹 when i watch asynchronous lectures that last 1hr and 30 mins, I usually take 2 and a half hour to finish that lecture kasi i keep rewinding back to fully understand the concept. it works naman but it's a bit time consuming. during synchronous and ftf lectures naman, i can't help but space out 😭 am i the only one like this? can u give me some tips on how to stay focused? 🥹🥹

how to cope hahahaha

Hey, dokies! just wanna ask for some advice, maybe some tips din. i'm a yl1 and so far i have failed more quizzes than i passed. this is scaring me to shi because I CANNOTTT get delayed. i know i'm still adjusting but i find it so hard na sumabay sa pacing ng mga docs. usually, i need to backtrack on the material after a lecture to fully grasp the discussion. i'm afraid na listening alone doesn't suffice 🥹🥹🥹 i thought na i should advance study na lang so i'd have an idea na of the next topics. yet, the load of readings make it a bit hard for me to advance study 😔 idw to be hard on myself but i really didn't expect myself to flop like this HAHAHAhj it's scaring me na the voices that are self critical are creeping into my head na 😀 anyway, your advice, kind words, tips will be appreciated 🥹
