I have just bought af my first Rancilio Silvia V6 and have worked on it for most of the day. Have a Eureka Mignon Specialista grinder. I have succeeded in hitting around 36 mg of espresso in around 32 sec. But almost no taste in the shot and very little crema ? Also I can only use around 14 gram of beans - otherwise the puck will hit the skrue on the group head ? I am using lavazza for the planet beans which I have used for many years on my Sage barista Express with very satisfying results . But does not work at all on my Silvia. Hoping for some good help in here 😄
