This isn't an official 7-Eleven collaboration, yet the colorway, Japanese convenience store ("convini") inspiration, and July 11 release date closely mirror the 7-Eleven brand. Now, 7-Eleven has sued Nike over alleged trademark infringement.
This isn't new for Nike.
Remember the Nike SB Heineken Dunk and Nike SB Freddy Krueger Dunk, 2 unofficial designs that became legendary because controversy amplified demand.

Will history repeat itself?
The lawsuit could make this release even more desirable among collectors, with uncertainty, potential scarcity, and strong resale interest driving the narrative.
