Hi guys i just have one question is it worth it to dive in this career even if my country or where i live there is no available jobs for it like almost none

Hi guys I'm playing fiora most of the games I'm ahead and winning my lane so i do what i see online when im ahead split push when objectives up so you draw enemy team attention and give your team free drake if you are pushing top and free baron if you push bot but despites my team is always feeding they never take advantage of that they always go for a kill once they see someone on the map instead of going for a drake and then lose the fight and drake is gone or they just walking around the map and doing nothing and its always like this and that stops me from being able to actually carry or influence the game my rank is silver if you have any advice on how to handle this please let me know
