How do I find a centre of excellence in my area?

I have seen many suggestions in other posts about finding a CoE, but I'm not sure how to determine which one is in my area.

My husband has aggressive PC, that may have metastasized. We are still working on all the investigations. I'd like to make sure we are working with a CoE. We are in Hamilton Ontario, any suggestions would be helpful. Also, if someone has the name of a top dr in this field that would be helpful.

Thank you in advance.

Need To know, new to this journey, what are we in for?

My 63 yo husband was recently diagnosed, Gleason score 9, grade group 5. Tumour is involving 75% of the prostate. Cribriform glands plus intraductal carcinoma. His bone scan is showing hotspot in his pubic bone. He hasn't had his CT Scan yet but I'm really worried. Back in December they did a CT, prior to knowing he had cancer, and it showed pronounced lymph nodes. His PSA at that time was 10.8. the dr didn't check him for cancer. The dr did a TURP in mid-April and a biopsy was done then coming back with these terrible results.

Do you think the dr messed up? Should he have done more investigation back in December? I feel like we waited to long.

My husband is now on Relugolix and feeling horrible. Really fatigued . Is there any advice about how to deal with? He's sleeping a ton.

Also, are there any supplements that we should incorporate to keep him strong?

Hoping there is someone in this group that can give me hope for the future?
