I am still uploading documents into the portal and need to respond to the offer for mediation.
If mediation fails, can I continue uploading documents for the investigation? During the investigation?
I have a massive amount of evidence in emails. It’s overwhelming
I have a charge against my employer for sex and disability discrimination, retaliation after reporting observed discrimination of others and my discrimination complaint, and failure to accommodate/engage in an interactive process.
I was given a deadline to upload my initial proof but before that deadline passed, I was notified my case is eligible for early mediation.
This doesn’t seem like a fair review of my case and determination of possible investigation. Can anyone provide insight to the process and what early mediation may mean?
