I got prescribed Rosuvastatin calcium (crestor)) 5 mg tab for high cholesterol. My dr recommended taking it in the morning while the pharmacist said at night. Who do I listen to?

I am also taking

\- Coq10 to reduce/prevent muscle ache from crestor
\- aspirin (low dose) to prevent/reduce risk of heartattack/stroke
\- omega 3 to help with high cholesterol

Do I take all 3 at night? morning?

Not sure who to listen to.

22 year old female, 5’8

Also taking Metformin, spriolactone for pcos.

Can I take all 7 pills at once?
