Do I need to complete all these TCS Xplore courses 100%?

Hi everyone, I’m a 2026 passout and I received my OL (Offer Letter) for the Ninja role on May 7.
On my TCS Xplore dashboard, I have several courses showing as active, like Xplore GEN AI, Xplore Business Skills, Java LearningPath, Common Community, etc.
Do I need to complete all of these courses and reach 100% completion before joining/onboarding? Or are some of them optional?
If anyone who recently got the Ninja OL/onboarding has gone through this, please let me know what is actually required.

Need advice regarding name mismatch for TCS BGC and passport.

My 10th and 12th certificates have the name:
“Pratyush Kumar Patro”

But my Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, BTech records, TCS offer letter, NQT profile and interview records have:
“Pratyush Patro”

Today at PSK for fresh passport application they rejected and asked me to first correct Aadhaar to match my 10th certificate.

Now I am worried about future TCS background verification.

If I update Aadhaar/passport to “Pratyush Kumar Patro”, while my BTech and TCS offer letter remain “Pratyush Patro”, will this create a major issue during onboarding/BGC?

Has anyone faced similar middle-name mismatch issues in TCS or other companies? What was the solution?

TCS Ninja Offer Letter Received – How long does it usually take to get the joining letter?

Hi everyone,
I recently received an offer letter from TCS for the Assistant System Engineer – Trainee (Ninja) role for the 2026 batch.
I have accepted the offer and I am completing the background verification and TCS Xplore requirements. My final university result will be declared next month.
I wanted to ask people who have already joined TCS in the Ninja role:
How long did it take for you to receive your joining letter after getting the offer letter?
Did everyone who met the eligibility criteria eventually receive a joining letter?
Is it common to wait 6–9 months?
Is there anything important I should do while waiting?
Any real experiences or timelines would be very helpful.
