After the dark ages, three to four prideless male lions came to the Pride Lands. They were on their last legs. They were starving and severely dehydrated. But they came on separate occasions so Simba and Nala didn’t suspect anything. Simba and Nala let them in so they can get back on their feet. They weren’t allowed to over hunt or hog water sources. They were allowed to mate with the lionesses, but they had to have consent because Simba doesn’t tolerate rape in this house. This is how Tiifu and Zuri were born. When they left, Tiifu and Zuri were raised by their moms who are within the pride. I like to think that this has never happened before and the Pride Landers call this time the Prideless Male Era.
