Nirogacestat (Ogsiveo) menopause experience

Hi!

34F recently properly diagnosed and have taken the decision to take Nirogacestat (Ogsiveo). My oncologist today told me I will experience menopause symptoms. I'm looking for experiences and tips. When he told me this I took it as "makes sense" it's temporary ovarian toxicity. Now that I'm home and reading about menopause v induced menopause.....im scared. Seems like it is more intense than I realized and pretty immediate.

Suden diagnose and navigating work accommodations

Hi (F34) officially diagnosed this year and still awaiting treatment. I have been bounced around the medical and insurance world all of 2026 and one thing I'm certain of are my symptoms. I have pain almost every day as well as inflammation I have slowly accepted it interferes with my day to day not only mentaly/emotionally bit also physically I feel fatigue most of my week days and have some good ones free of pain inflammation and full of energy. I work for the giverment and I am trying to submit a "functional limitations worksheet" ans once I start treatment a FMLA. Does anyone have advice in how to navigate and create a complete "functional limitations worksheet"? My director knows about my condition but I would like to avoid going into specifics with my new manager or co-workers.

Thank you all in advance
