First cycle ever, please be nice

20-year-old male, 5’3, 55 kg, low body fat. I’ve been training on and off for over 2 years, but I’ve really been locked in these past couple of months. My diet, rest, and training are all on point.

My testosterone is 15.8 nmol/L, and I’m currently on thyroxine replacement at 50 mcg per day.

Compounds:
• Test E: 250 mg/week, split into 2 doses every 3–4 days
• HCG: 250 IU every time I pin
• HGH: currently 4 IU/day, have already been running it for 2 months
• Minoxidil 5%: 1 mL daily
• Finasteride: 0.5–1 mg only if needed
• Arimidex: 0.5 mg twice a week if needed
• Enclomiphene citrate for PCT

Plan:

Pre-cycle
• Baseline bloods

Weeks 1–4
• Test: 250 mg/week
• HCG: 250 IU x2/week
• Finasteride if shedding starts
• Minoxidil daily
• Arimidex only if symptoms are present
• HGH: 4 IU/day throughout the cycle
• Bloods at week 4 to make sure everything looks good

If test levels are within the expected range, I’ll increase Test to 500 mg/week.

Weeks 5–6
• Test: 500 mg/week
• Everything else stays the same
• Bloods again at week 6

If everything is still smooth, I’ll either continue at 500 mg or lower it to 250–350 mg depending on how things look and feel.

Weeks 6–10
• Continue the same regimen

End of week 10
• Final pin of Test
• Final dose of Arimidex
• HGH continues
• Minoxidil continues

Weeks 11–12
• HGH: 4 IU/day
• Minoxidil 5%: 1 mL/day
• Bloods at week 12

Weeks 13–16
• Enclomiphene citrate: 12.5 mg every day
• Minoxidil continues
• HGH continues
• Bloods at the end of week 16

Weeks 17–20
• Enclomiphene citrate: 12.5 mg every day
• Minoxidil continues

Weeks 21–24
• Enclomiphene citrate: 6 mg every day

• Last dose of Enclo at the end of week 24
• Final bloods at week 26

I’m planning to run HGH for at least a year, and minoxidil throughout the cycle to try to minimize hair loss. I’m also thinking about doing a mini cycle of IGF-1 LR3 after this cycle at 0.50 mcg/day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks.

Diet / training / recovery
• At least 120 g protein per day
• 200–300 g carbs on training days
• 35 g fat
• Eating in at least a 400 calorie surplus
• Training split: PPL, rest, UL, rest
• 8 hours of sleep every day

Supplements
• Fish oil
• Vitamin D
• Collagen
• Zinc
• Milk thistle

Bonus question:
i know testosterone makes u look older real fast but will hgh cancel out the facial aging from test?

Im planning to hop on my very first cycle of 250 test P. I know im too young to hop on and havent trained enough to reach my natural potential but i have severe body dysmorphia, its so bad it made me depressed. Being short makes it worse but I’ve accepted my height and it doesn’t bother me anymore. I think if im jacked enough id be more confident and less depressed in general. Anyways enough ranting like a b*tch and here’s my plan for my very first anabolic cycle.

My plan is to run hgh for at least a year and minoxidil throughout the cycle to minimise any hairloss at all.
Im also planning to do a mini cycle of IGF1 LR3 after this cycle @ 0.50mcg a day 5 days a week for 4 weeks.
My diet will and always has been on point with at least 120 grams of protein a day 200-300 grams carbs on training days and 35 grams of fat. Will be eating in a surplus of at least 400 calories.

Sleep 8 hours everyday

Supplements i will be using:
Fish oil, VitD, collagen, zinc and milk thistle.
