I'm trying to build a helicopter

I have two large counter-rotating rotors, powered through Swivel Bearings. The rotors spin normally, but they generate zero upward force according to the diagram, so the helicopter doesn't take off.

The physics simulation is enabled.

I initially glued the whole structure together with Honey, but I have since separated the rotor assembly correctly through the Swivel Bearing.

The propellers visually rotate, but there is no upward force at all.

Is there something I'm missing about how Propeller Bearings / Swivel Bearings need to be assembled for lift to work?
