Tool that turns a real map into correctly-scaled floorplan tiles for 1:1 park builds

Made this tool for real-world recreations. Posting in case it's useful to anyone.

You give it a map image (like a Google maps screenshot) and one real distance (like the scale bar). It figures out the scale and cuts the map into tiles that fit onto projection screens in game, so you can lay the screens flat as a 1:1 template instead of guessing the size.

It also exports an overview sheet and a placement CSV with the exact offsets for each tile.

Runs in the browser — download, unzip, open the HTML file.
