Rippled wallpaper

I just bought this 8 year old camper and didn't notice most of the windows have crinkles in them. I've heard this is a sign of water damage, but could it be something else?

I've noticed the wallpaper above the window in the last picture is completely bubbled from the wall, but I don't feel a soft spot. Should I still have it looked at?

Key Problem

We've been given rv keys by the seller, and I'm realizing they're very differently sized from house keys.

How exactly am I supposed to have custome keys made? I was hoping to be able to buy something online, but they're all standard rv keys.
