Starting OMAD and had questions how to implement and if it works.
I’m 46 years old, 6 feet tall, and weigh about 295 pounds. I have Type 2 diabetes (diagnosed in 2022) and fatty liver. I’m not currently on medication, so my A1c usually stays between 6.6 and 7.2.
I’m wondering if OMAD (one meal a day) has worked for anyone with similar conditions. Has anyone had success losing weight with OMAD while dealing with Type 2 diabetes and fatty liver? Should I count calories? How fast should I expect to lose weight? I’m considering doing OMAD with very low carbs. Any advice or personal experiences would be appreciated. Thank you.
