I’m planning on relocating to Oregon this summer and have applied to over 100 RN positions. I’ve had a few interviews scheduled with Providence but the managers haven’t shown up to interviews. When I have reached out to the recruiter, I have been met with automatic replies and no answers.

I did reach out to a manager directly and was able to schedule a new interview.

I have 3+ years experience including ED, ICU and L&D and I already have an active Oregon license. Any pointers on where I should apply or to avoid?
