Rewriting Phage: Ovi Kintobor
[APPEARANCE]
Ovin "Ovi" Kintobor is a Well-Built and Athletic being who has short yet somewhat spiky raven black hair styled in a Quiff-like fashion and Vivid, Golden Yellow eyes. His attire consists of a blue jumpsuit with dark blue lining down the middle buttoned up by silver clips, alongside a black doublet with silver buttons worn over it. He also wears white gloves and Jet Shoes.
The Jet Shoes are mainly white and smooth with black heel regions. Above the topline, each shoe has a blue tongue and black collar encircled by a single dark blue strap. Around the rim of the soles, the Jet Shoes have blue strips of metal on the rear and front of the bottom, broken below the in-steps. The space between the break has a small groove that allows Jack to slide on rails. On the bottom of each sole is a blue-green line of five small "jets" (two up front and three on the heel). In short, the Air Shoes if they got a redesign.

[BACKSTORY]
So, to keep it short, he is the Sol Dimension’s variant of Eggman, Maria and Shadow… all wrapped up in a neat lil’ bow.
Unlike Maria, however, he never had NIDS. His Grandfather, Jerald Kintobor, did, however. (Jerald is the Sol Dimension’s Gerald, obviously)
So, tirelessly, He began working on a cure for Jerald. Day and Night, he’d ponder and work without end, even as his Grandfather urged him to rest. He refused, of course, insisting that he had to cure him as soon as he could. He couldn’t rest when someone, much less his own Grandfather was sick and in need. He Wouldn’t.
One Night, however… something strange occurred.
He came across some sort of swirling mass of gold, yellow, purple and blue. It had a scary face, yes, but he decided to attempt to converse with it. He thought it might be the solution to his Grandfather. He was Wrong.
Before he could even let out a single syllable, the mass charged at him, engulfing both him and his surroundings inside itself. Then, it began to close in on him, making him experience any and every single possibility that his past contained, including the choices that he had made. Of course, it drove Jack mad (Angstrom Levy-style), making him believe that, by collecting a set of Seven Sacred Jewels, he could cure Jerald and "Save" the Timeline from whatever this Cosmic Beast was.
If only he knew that he was part of it now.

Powers/Abilities/Talents: Self-Acceleration and Deceleration (Such as speeding himself up to catch up with someone or slowing himself down to fall from somewhere in a safer fashion), Energy Manipulation (DUH), A whole bunch of Super Stats (Inc. Speed, Strength, Endurance, etc. (Speed could likely reach Transsonic with little-to-no effort)), Immense Flexibility, Time Holes (Teleportation/Warping (DUHH)), Intimidation, Flight (DUHHH), Cryokinesis (And, to a degree, Hydrokinesis (if his Ice is melted)), Harnessing the Sol Emeralds’ Powers (When All Seven are Collected; Grants him the Jack Frost transformation (slide two))
Weaknesses: Can become reckless and even downright savage when truly aggravated (Ragebaitable), Stubbornness, Can be overly destructive, can possibly be outpaced and/or slowed down (obviously), Not accustomed to the modern world (50+ Years in a Pod does that to you)
