The game banned my friend ingame for "exploiting" and he just gave some stuff to his alt and joined his ps then he got flagged as "exploiter". He had alot of stuff and when he opened a ticket he got banned. So I opened a ticket for him and explaining what happened to a staff in support server and he said "there is no false ingame bans" then banned me while I was speaking behalf my friend
