As with in the past when WCO makes changes to their premium settings I like to run tests with a group of people, either a select few or an open test. In such tests I look for: the length of the premium accounts use, the number of users who can use it, and any statistics like issues on bandwidth.

In the past it was determined we can get over a hundred people on a singular account without an issue, bandwidth didn't look to be a problem either. WCO's premium format looks to have changed with the trial period either being hidden or removed and access being either open, or glitched open. To that affect, I encourage anyone reading this to join in and use the premium account listed below and let me know in the comments if you run into any issues.

The FAQ has been recently updated to include the vast majority of issues, kindly read through it before posting as a lot of what you may be experiencing already has an answer.

No the site hasn't gone down, yes some people are experiencing cloudfare issues. This happens periodically and again I can't overstate it read the FAQ.

Due to the volume of repeat post issues, I've put together a snapshot of the core issues and solutions. It's possible I'm missing a few so feel free to comment anything else not listed below.

Before getting into an issue first try this as most - but certainly not all - issues can be resolved by restarting your device, refreshing the page, clearing cache/cookies, or trying a different browser and/or domain.

Remember if you're not happy with WCO you can always go to another site and subreddit, we don't have the patience for hate speech and threats here. That being said let's act like mature grown adults, your opinions are valid but if you're going to threaten to go scorched earth you will be subject to rule violations.

Issues	Cause	Solutions
What Are The WCO Domains.	Need To Know.	All domains end in tv: WcoStream, WcoFlix, WcoPremium, Wco, WcoAnimeDub, WcoAnimeSub, WcoForever. (Note: Wcostream is the classic feel version, Wcoflix is the dark mode easy on your eyes version).
Pop-ups	Site upkeep and maintenance costs required and/or greed.	Free pop-up blocker Ublock or Brave web browser which has a built-in blocker.
Emailing Admins	You have shows you want to suggest, issues to report, insert reason here. We here at the subreddit are not the admins so we can only do and handle so much eg we cannot upload content to WCO.	admin@wco dot tv, admin@watchcartoononline dot com, replace the dot with a ., Reddit filters and flags our subreddit on any links thus any links are removed even if not hyperlinked.
Bad Gateway/Cloudfare Issue	Bad weather, server maintenance, internet issues.	It will looks like a white screen when loading WCO. Try a different domain or wait an hour. Generally lasts 30 minutes at best - 2 hours average, 24 hours at worst.
Audio/Video Sync Issue	Varies. Either an upload error, user error, compilation error when wco pulls streams into one, or other.	Refresh page, restart device, try a different browser and/or domain. If issues persist hit Report and choose option 2 or 7. Similarly post here in the following format: the Show Name, Season, Episode number, and subbed or dubbed if applicable.
Movies Locked	See pop-ups.	Premium is cheap, however so am I; thus you can create a free trial period account using a 1-off random email and have access to movies for a short period of time. When expired you can create another account with another random email. Note, you don't have to own said email eg: givemepremium123345 at gmail or whatever variant you like.
Where's My Episode Of An Older Show?	Error on site either from compilation or other.	Not seeing an episode on an older show: File a Report (see above) or email the admins (above) episodes can be lost when domains transition, some shows are obscure to the point that the episodes cannot be found and are lost.
Where's My Episode Of A New Show?	Patience is key the workload of handling a site, maintaining it, and sourcing all the info on new uploads is a lot.	Not seeing an episode that is already released elsewhere: Give it time, the person handling the uploads has a large workload and gets to it when possible. Consider this: you can easily have 50 shows drop in a general season, the person uploading has to find sources for each show, the days they drop, and try to nab them based on watch priority of the websites users.
Is Downloading Safe?	General Concern.	I won't say yes because you are downloading from pirated content however I will say I've not seen any issues when downloading content on my end. To be safe you should scan files you download, either every file, or every other file. Do what makes you feel safest.
Is The Site Safe?	General Concern.	As with above I won't say yes directly because you're in pirate territory, however you can BE safe by watching with an adblocker and/or VPN. By comparison I've been using WCO since the beginning and for four years of it I used a laptop without protection which led to much slower performances of said laptop. Remember just because you can snipe a pop-up does not mean that pop-up hasn't already filled it's purpose the very moment it appeared regardless of how fast you click X. Ublock or Brave will help you a long way.
Video Not Playing	Varies much like sync issues.	Refer to Sync issues. Adding though that the error could be specific to your region which requires a vpn or using the Brave web browsers private browser with tor option to overtake the regional issue.
Region Locked	Countries banning pirate sites or content of their choosing for x or y reason.	A VPN will bypass region specific locks, similarly the Brave web browser has an option you can use. Open Brave > Top right hit three dashes > click private browser with tor > let tor connect and then use that page to load up your show as it acts like a vpn-of-sorts to bypass regional issues.
Alt Anime/Movie Sites	Insert varying users reason or opinion, regardless of which: enjoy. If you believe a site is not active, google it, they likely changed their domain name as most pirate sites often do shift around the tld to prevent and/or evade shutdowns.	kayoanime, animekai, 9anime, kisscartoon, watchseries, cineby, 67movies, yeanime, miruro, yoanime.
Episodes/Shows You Have You Want To See Uploaded	You've a series you want to see on the site, or have a series you want to have WCO upload.	While we appreciate you chatting about this do know we cannot control what is uploaded as that is up the WCO admins who can be reached via email (see Emailing Admins).

As I am sure many are aware there are some janky issues going on with WCO. For all issues involving Languages being different, please hit Report when you hear/see the issue and file a report. For all those having issues with the advert appearing on Brave I am looking further into it and running tests. As it stands on my end I have the unfortunate for me issue of not being able to flag the advert on my desktop pc nor my android device so both are working perfectly fine. Which is unfortunate because for me to find the issue I have to have access to the issue.

Due to the volumes of posts on the same subject further posts on the matter are being removed to keep the clutter down and all similar chatter relegated to a few posts. A reminder we cannot use links here even if the hyperlink doesn't show. It's unfortunate but reddit will flag it for removal.

In the meantime I whipped up a quick premium account everyone can use with the trial period of three days, the username and password are exactly the same just remove the word dot and replace it with a .
