I can't finish this weekly task. It's asking me to export a video, but for some reason, whenever I try, I get this error message. Any idea what might be causing it and how to fix it?

And as a side note, the task is poorly translated into Spanish. In Spanish, it says "export a photo or video," but photos don't actually work to complete the task.

... this is ridiculous. What’s the monthly mission that requires 5,000 completions? I doubt it's 'use a fast travel point'
