Haemin Sunim's The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down
I haven't been able to read some books for the last couple months since I'm prepping for my licensure, I picked this book because I have Love For Imperfect Things (sitting in my shelf, still in its plastic cover, collecting dust), and thought that I might want to read this book first.
I was drained, and this book felt like an elderly gentleman cheering for me. I think if a grandpa is a book, this is it. It made me realize that it's fine to take a breather, calm down, and take my time.
I barely see any self help books recommended here, so here's one.
