hi everyone,

I had 2 surgeries 3 years ago to removed 39 fibroids and no partner at the time. I tried to follow a healthy diet ( Mediterranean diet) in prevention to try to stay health. I have also found now my partner and we are decided to try, he is 37 and I’m 42.

has anyone successfully conceived naturally after a myomectomy and after 40? what was your experience like and perhaps you have any supplement/diets recommendations? I’m UK based. thank you
