I am trying to budget to see if we can afford to rent. We have never had to pay water or electricity before so I’m curious how much I should be putting away. We are a family of 4 with a 4 month old and 2 year old. We work full time so nobody would really be home throughout the day and we are almost always out on a Saturday all day as well.
