Yesterday I posted about a user rejecting my report falsely because I allegedly sent a screenshot for another app. I have now talked to another person in my hive that was rejected for the same reason, even though they did not submit another app's screenshot. I would please like to talk to someone who could closely look at all the submissions to this user
So I completed all of my tests yesterday and one user has an app that was not showing screenshots. I submitted a screenshot showing his app blacked out screenshots yesterday and it was approved with the owners note saying he was going to change the forbidden screenshot. He did update it and in my defense I was not told it had an update available. So he disputed it showing a picture of a completely different app that I know I did not submit.

I am appreciative of the group since my first app went into production but I'm struggling to see the value in purchasing premium access since I received pretty much no feedback in my 1st app hive and have so far received no feedback in my 2nd hive. Even though I made production for my first app, I've had zero reviews and only 30 bucks in sales so far. Do people get feedback when you pay for premium access?
So I’ve had no feedback from my game before it was published other than yeah it’s good, or nobody will play it (it’s Diamond painting). I’ve worked my butt off on this app, and the ASO but it’s gotten me nowhere. The game has been live for almost a month and I’ve advertised even but have gotten all of 13 orders.
I know I need to give it more time but I’m wondering if I should just scrap it and start over with something different
