President’s Choice Potato & Bacon Flatbread
Found this on sale for $3.50 from $4.99(Cad). I followed some advice to let it defrost for 20 minutes or so on the counter while preheating, cooked directly on the rack in my toaster oven. This was cheesy and creamy, the sour cream sauce tasted like bechamel with added funk from the cheeses, a great sweetness from the potatoes and meatiness from the bacon with occasional pops from the rosemary. Dough was really nice, lighter than the typical Dr. Oetker Ristorante that are a frequent go to, but not nearly as heavy or doughy as the regular style, perfect size for dinner. One of the best frozen pizzas I’ve ever had, hope the other flavours I bought are as good.
