CP location marketing GLP-1 telehealth service

I have my own internet domain, so when I sign up for anything, I create a new email address, which means I can track how somebody gets whatever email address they use for me.

I got two identical emails, advertising a GLP-1 telehealth service. I know they got my email address from two Club Pilates locations where I used to have a membership (I used a different email for each location), and I remember that those two locations are owned by the same person.

Through some sleuthing, I think I confirmed my hunch: the address for the GLP-1 telehealth service is a house where the founder of the company lives, and this address is the same as the address for the LLCs that own the two CP locations I gave these email addresses to, and the LLCs' registered agent is the same person as the founder of the GLP-1 telehealth company.

I'm guessing that there's nothing stopping her from using the email addresses for her CP members to send out these unsolicited emails, but it really rubs me the wrong way. In general, and of course for this purpose specifically.

A few years ago a location I went to had some tables set up in the lobby where you could get botox injections, and I thought that was a little much. But this new thing--I definitely didn't expect to be spammed by a weight loss drug outfit just because a couple of CP locations had my email address.
