Did supplementing with Suboxone make your withdrawals worse?

Hey everyone! Brief brief backstory, I had a one and done Brixadi shot about 65 days ago. I’ve been on Subs for 7 years and had tapered to 5mg before the injection.

The last few weeks I’ve been struggling with fatigue and restless legs/body. I took 1mg of Suboxone a few days ago, which gave me a decent 24 hour break and expected the symptoms to return to normal. Instead, after about 48 hours I started experiencing the worst restlessness, chills, and sweats all night long. I got that “fear” feeling that sometime comes with those too (for me at least). This is the first time I’ve used Suboxone since getting the shot.

I wouldn’t call it full blown withdrawal but certainly halfway there. Has anyone else experienced this, if so, do you think it’s to do with the sublingual I took or have I just hit a new level with the withdrawals? Previously I had mostly low-level symptoms like heavy body, lack of motivation, sleepy, etc. Hoping this will pass quickly!

Thanks for any input. Also, bonus points for any recommendations on activities or OTC stuff that helped you with the restless legs please!!

Question about isolation tactics at school

This week I picked my 6-year-old son up from an ISS. He was in a little room with just a chair and a desk and had been for the past 4+ hours doing work and not allowed to communicate with any adults, unless he needed to use the restroom.
My son has an IEP because he has had difficulty with distraction in the class the past year and a half (he is a first grader). Mostly things like getting up and not following directions, making noises in the classroom, not doing work, or saying bad words. He has no history of violence towards students or teachers. His therapist thinks much of this behavior is from a trauma (parent death) that occurred before Kindergarten and also possibly some ADHD.
The reason for this ISS was because he and a friend went to the bathroom and peed…. Around the toilet more than in it. Some pee ended up on shoes, is the moral of the story.
My question is whether 4+ hours in isolation is the correct punishment for this age and situation. I want to support him and his teachers but in a way that is truly helpful. This is the third time he has been in this room for such a long time this year and the result is always a return to complete fear of school and a regression in behavior. I have very little understanding of how isolation helps a younger elementary student on an IEP reach their goals.
What are your thoughts on this situation? Are there other options I can suggest to the school at the IEP meeting? He has been doing a great job and vastly improving the last few months on disrupting so it just sucked to see him so down on himself when he got out of school.
Thanks in advance!
