Need ideas for a intense "game" my villain can play with the party.

This isn't exactly for DnD but I think I can post this here anyways. I am running a session where players will try to enter a nightclub to interrogate the owner about some information they want. The owner, a fancy rich man, will not fight them or try to stop them. Instead, he will play a game with them. If the party wins, they get the info they want, if they don't, he gets something from them. I want this game to have stakes, be either a game where someone could get seriously hurt or a game that forces my players to doubt or conspire against one another, preferably both.

Problem: I'm not smart enough to make it myself. So I'm asking you.
Do you know of any engaging, tense games that my villain can play with the party?
