First time user: Bazzite steam games help

So I recently got a steal and bought a used PC from my friend for $600:

Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F (2.10 GHz)

Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)

Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti (12 GB)

Storage 2 TB NVME SSD

I've tried to turn it into a "Steam Machine" for my Living Room TV:

My TV is a 85 inch Samsung CU7000 (4k LED TV 60 HZ)

-The install was fairly flawless
-When I tested games out like NBA 2k26, I average 60 HZ. When I launch a game the FPS drops to <10. The game freezes, but I can still hear the audio. My PC is still working, as I can ALT+Tab out of things.

I used AI for a few fixes like: ujust update. Any suggestions?

Cat5e ports in other rooms in apartment

100% noob here.

So I live in an old apartment (build 2001).

I have 3x cat5e ports in my large apartment.

1 in my living room (currently working).

2 in my 2nd bed room. 1 has a cat5e + Coax, and another one on the wall with cat5e only. These two currently don't provide internet.

How do i get internet in these places?

I took a photo of the panel. It looks like one ethernet cable is attached to a modem.

Theres 2 other blue wires coming from the wall but they're cut and split open and attached to that beige rectangular peice, which isn't connected to anything.

I'm assuming those 2 blue wires coming from the wall will give me cat5e to my other rooms. But how do i fix it?

My internet provider is rally internet. Fantastic speed and cheap, they are independent from Rogers and Bell.

Whats the alternative for steam machine?

Sooo with the launch of Steam Machine being so dreadful because of the prices... what are the alternatives we can brainstorm for playing steam games on the TV?

My situation: Running an HDMI cable from my gaming PC to my 85 inch TV, looks absolutely terrible. I have the physical steam link hardware as well and its a little better but still really bad even with optimization. I'm thinking:

-Buying a gaming laptop or building an AMD PC that runs bazzlite or steam OS and have it dedicated to my TV seems like the most optimal option.

Any other suggestions?

I think my main issue is I'm running 2 monitors as my main and my TV as my third monitor.
