First Time Owner, how should i maintain these old boots?

At a local estate sale, I found these nice leather boots. I don't actually know all too much about them, nor how to take care of them. So I swung by here to ask the following:

  1. How do I care for these boots properly
  2. Is there anything I should get to make sure these will last a while

That's about everything, I also have no idea what model these boots are, given their age.
