Valeu!

totally lost trying to pick my first cruise lol help

My partner and i are finally planning our first cruise together and honestly i didnt realize it’d be so much to consider 😭 like once u actually start looking, there are way so many options and i’m having a hard time.

I'm mostly stuck on the whole all-inclusive thing. part of me loves the idea of not having to worry about paying for every single drink or meal once we’re there, but is it actually worth the extra cost? or is it one of those things that sounds better than it actually is? i am torn between the mediterranean and caribbean island routes and on my research ClubMed came up. Does anyone have experience with their cruises? Heard the resorts were good though…

for anyone who’s done a cruise as a couple: did u feel like the all-inclusive was with it or was it just overkill? should we keep it simple for our first time?

any advice would be huge, thx!

Hi! I’m 39 and have been thinking about doing my first solo trip for a while, and I’m finally starting to plan it. I’m really excited but also a little nervous since I’ve never traveled alone before.

One place I’ve always dreamed of visiting is Bahia, in Brasil and in my research, Trancoso kept coming up and it really caught my attention. From what I’ve read, it seems smaller, quieter, and more relaxed than some bigger beach destinations there, which honestly sounds perfect for a first solo trip to chill and enjoy nature.

While looking at places to stay, I came across Club Med Trancoso. I hadn’t really considered a resort before, but it made me think about it since it has activities included, maybe better chances to meet people and a comfortable structure to enjoy.

My plan is to stay for 5 days, long enough to explore the region, after that I plan on going to Salvador for 3 days.

Has anyone here stayed there solo? I’d especially love to hear from other women. And if you’ve been to Trancoso in general, any suggestions on activities, restaurants or specific beaches to go to?
