Just rebuilt a pc and the thing refuses to boot. The DRAM light on the Asus mobo comes on and stays on. The fans and lights have power but no power output from the usb ports and no display output from the gpu or mobo. Here’s a list of things I’ve tried (same result every time)

Each stick of ram in the primary slot one by one.

My RAM in a different PC to make sure it works.

Resetting I’ve CMOS battery

Different RAM with RGB to see if it has power (lights on the other RAM turned on)

I think at this point it’s either the CPU or PSU but i don’t have extras of those components to troubleshoot. Pls help.
