LF PD CHIEF UPCOMING SERVER
Hi all,
Currently wrapping up development on my server within the next 2 months and we’re about to kickstart our marketing campaign. We’re producing a highly custom server where all large amount of scripts and content have been produced in house by our developers
We are currently looking to fill the LSPD chief role. Brief server info and requirements below

Server info:
Projected player count is 60+
Whitelist is a maybe
Serious Rp 18+ strict
Economy based, originally QBcore but it’s basically a different framework now I rewrote most of it
PD chief requirements:
* Must have experience and evidence of experience in leading a large PD(30+ officers)
* Looking for a leader with backbone who will RUN the PD, not be a passive chief. Not afraid to be the bad guy
* Looking for someone who wants to RP closer to a police simulator in the chief role. This isn’t expected of all of our officers, but we need the chief to genuinely care about authentic PD rp
* don’t be scared of being called a W cop. We want to foster a high stakes PD crim relationship and dislike overly friendly PD crim relationships. The chief will be expected to set the standard for PD rp in our community.
Optionals:
* if you have additional command members you want to bring in that is fine, but you will need to justify their existence and leave space in command for other people.
