Wife and I are considering buying in the community. Curious if there are any residents around that could share their experience so far.

Also, any feedback or things to watch for on Pulte or MI Homes in this area would be great. We have prior experience with DR Horton further north but mostly unfamiliar with Lakeland, let alone South West Lakeland.
