Hiring a part-time SDR / appointment setter for our agency. Phone-first role: calling inbound leads within 5 minutes of them coming in, and nurturing past leads that went cold. Goal is booked calls for our agency.

Schedule: Night shift in PH time to cover US hours. 20-25 hrs/week to start with room to grow into full-time.

What we need:

- Confident on the phone

- Exceptional English, neutral accent

- Comfortable working both fresh inbound and cold past leads

Prior SDR or call center experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided so as long you are willing to learn/adapt fast.

$250-$500/mo depending on hours and how good you are, with bonus opportunity on top.
