I'm trying to access my WordPress platform today to write a new post and this is what I get. I can't access my website or WordPress and the host platform isn't showing any issues or getting me anywhere. I have no emails to refer to and I don't even know where to start. So sick of WordPress. What do I do?
I started my blog 3 years ago now through bluehost and utilizing WordPress. I looked for the cheapest option but year after year it went up in price and isn't worth the hassle anymore.
I blog because I enjoy it, I like the science-ish aspect of comparing products and finding out what's better and writing about it.
I don't like having to learn code and having to modify my website every time I login. I hate WordPress with every bone in my body. I feel like every single time I login something is wrong with my site and I have to fix it. Lately it has been my emails that send when a new post goes live. I have fixed this 3 different ways with no luck. Now my scheduled actions have stopped automatically running and I couldn't begin to tell you why.
I want to quit blogging. I am so frustrated with all of this. The problem is, I enjoy the writing and I need help figuring out where I can take my blog posts that won't require so much effort on my part.
I want to keep my domain. I'd love the ability to make money off my blog in the future but I'm nowhere near that at this point. I want to be able to transfer out of WordPress and start somewhere else. At this point, I want something user friendly.
What else is out there? What blogging site do you have experience with that you would recommend?
