Hey everyone,

I was wondering if someone could expand upon what the ALS PCS means by "Unaltered" in the conditions section of some directives.

For example: for administration of Ondansetron and/or Diphenhydramine, the pt is required to be unaltered. If I have a patient who is intoxicated but complaining of nausea, am I contraindicated for administration of these medications?
