Looking for the CHEAPEST decent PG near DU North Campus (7k max incl. food)

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a very budget-friendly PG near Delhi University North Campus and would really appreciate leads from people who actually live/study around there.

I know my requirements may sound a little crazy 😭 but I'm currently very tight on finances, so I'm genuinely trying to find the cheapest workable option.

My requirements:

💰 Maximum ₹7,000/month — INCLUDING food

₹4,000/month would honestly be amazing if such a place exists 😭

🛏️ 3-seater is completely fine, and even a 4-seater works

⚡ No separate electricity bill — ideally everything should be included in the rent

🍛 Food doesn't need to be fancy, but it should at least be decent/edible. If it's actually tasty, that's a huge bonus 😂

📍 Very close to North Campus is extremely important

🚶 Walking distance would be my first preference

🚌 If not walking distance, I'd prefer somewhere where the commute is ₹20 or less one way

I really don't want to save money on rent only to spend it all on commuting 😭

I'm not looking for a fancy PG or luxury facilities. I genuinely just need a basic, safe, clean-ish place where I can stay and get food within this budget.

If you know of any cheap PGs, hostels, local landlords, or areas around North Campus where I should look, please let me know. Even if the PG isn't advertised online, a contact/location/area name would be super helpful.

And yes, I know ₹7k including food + electricity near North Campus sounds unrealistic 😂, but I'm hoping someone here knows about those lesser-known/local PGs that don't show up on Google or the usual PG websites.

Thanks! 🙏
