I am waiting to see an endo but my doctor told me I have Graves’ disease. Strangely, my blood test showed no antibodies which is maybe surprising for an autoimmune disease?

My tsh is 0.02, my T3 is normal, my T4 is 24,5 but still, no trace of antibodies.

I am wondering if anyone else had that result too? This is so stressful.
