I need help finding the source of this artwork. I’ve tried reverse image search, tineye, and saucenao and I’ve got nothing but a ton of sourceless pinterest links.

One person said the artist is cih_2402, but there’s virtually no information about them online, so I’m not sure if that’s actually true or not. Though, since their page on Instagram is deleted, there may not be a conclusive answer, but still, I thought I’d ask.

I haven’t got any hits on reverse image search and no luck with searching around. It actually could theoretically be a Meiker, but I’m reasonably confident that it’s a Picrew so I thought I’d ask yall. TIA!
