I cannot get Carbon to work despite trying reinstalling certs. Is it because I had Carbon on iOS 8 and then updated to iOS 9? iPhone 4S. Is there any other jailbreak for iOS 9.3.6 that won't stop working after 7 days?

It seems that with the newest version, YouTube is dropping support for Android 9. I've also seen Reddit drop support for it back in March.
