I can’t be the only one that absolutely hates LinkedIn. The complete fakeness and ego stroking. The 5 paragraph AI generated essay starting with “I am so excited to announce” or “As I wrap up my time with X company” etc. let’s be honest, no one gives a shit what company you’re starting at. We’re all just trying to make a decent living. I know it’s good for recruiting and whatever but it’s still an annoying ass app

Does anyone have any experience dealing with a difficult mentor? This is my first internship (accounting) and I really don’t like how my mentor acts. He ripped into me for making some mistakes on my very first engagement and told me that it’s not acceptable. When I did that, it was my first time and I had never done anything like it before, but he said that’s not an excuse. His attitude is terrible and he’s very discouraging.
