My latest bracelet

My latest bracelet

I’ve recently added the 2 pink muranos and Gnoce charms (1-4) on my gold bracelet. It’s feminine and whimsical with odes to the sea.

I’ve always loved the ocean in its calmness but its raw power both scares and amazes me.
I know I am deeply troubled when I dream of giant ocean waves crashing onto me, thankfully I’ve never been swept away once in those dreams. I’d wake up tired but relieved that it’s only a dream and it will force me to think what’s troubling me.

I’d like the pink muranos to remind me of the career epiphany I had this week, and to make good on my promise to myself within a year. Both endings and beginnings can be beautiful.

The Gnoce charms are my placeholders until I can get my hands on solid gold charms. I must say I’m impressed with their design and look, much lighter than Pandora but they shine beautifully. I’ve chosen the blue star charms to match with the sea motif (i love to look at the stars at night and the ocean during the day). The pastel clover charms match well with the muranos.

I won’t be filling this bracelet, i love its 3/4 filled look.

A tale of 4 bracelets

1st bracelet: My Story
The charms on this bracelet are aged between 5 - 12 years and they represent gifts and travel memories with friends, move to Australia, career promotions, and even a dating scam way back in 2021.. 😅😅 I just added the muranos last year to tie the blue and silver theme together. The bracelet is also new as my wrist size is bigger now. Needless to say, this bracelet is never leaving my possession as each charm has a story to tell.

2nd bracelet: For a bag
I created this purple and silver bracelet last year for the sole purpose of matching my purple Chanel reissue bag..😁😁 I wear it regularly but I am always excited when I pair it with the Chanel bag.

3rd bracelet: Gold and elevated
This is my most recent addition, a 14k solid gold snake bracelet with gold plated charms. 4 of the charms represent my Dudu (boyfie)..🥰 I plan to slowly add solid gold charms in the future but I love the bracelet so much, I think I’ll just have it half-filled. I want to make the chain prominent so this will be well curated for sure.

4th bracelet: A journey passed on
This was my very first chain bracelet gifted to me by a close friend in Singapore way back 2014. The enamel clip charms are the same age and they still look good as new. I was forced to replace it because it doesn’t close on me anymore so I’m passing it on to my eldest niece. She loves Stitch so I bought the charm for her as a gift. I am excited to see the charms she’ll add on to it and hear the story behind each charm. 🤗

My Pandora Goldie

I’m starting my gold pandora charm bracelet today and I am stoked with the morano turtle and colorful crab.

It’s a bonus that I got the solid gold snake bracelet and all charms for 20% off too.. 🤗

The store manager says they are not retiring their gold charms and there’s only some delay in production. Looking forward to snagging some of those charms in the future.

Is the solid gold bracelet worth it?

For those who have the solid gold Pandora chain bracelets, is it worth it? I have two full silver bracelets and want to venture to gold. I initially bought the gold plated snake bracelet but was wondering if I should bite the bullet and get the solid gold instead.

Also, which of the snake bracelet or bangle is better?

Small piggery business

How do you overcome the frustration from the piggery business? Cost of piglets and feeds are high while live weight is low. At this rate, I feel like we’re just making those selling piglets and feeds richer while those taking care of fattening pigs are bearing all the losses.

Each piglet in our place costs P6,500. We bought 23 piglets, and the total cost is estimated at P350k. Estimated revenue is only at P367k - P380k so that’s just P17k - P30k net income for 4 months..it’s so frustrating!!! My sisters love taking care of the pigs and I spent close to P500k just on the cages and farm facilities. At this point, I just want to give up. F*ck the PH gov’t as well for importing so much pork meat when there are so many local hog raisers.

We’re counting on high price in Dec - Jan but I doubt it because the fcking gov’t will just increase pork imports to meet demands..it’s just a f*cking shitshow…i am so close to being done…

Speedy Dark 30

Here she is! What a beauty..❤️

I initially got the Crafty but I realised it’s a bit loud for me and I was bothered by the handle stitching. The Dark mutes the monogram and is perfect for that under the radar aesthetics.

My Hirono is at home.. 😁

Speedy B25 mon monogram

I’ve been playing around with Speedy B25 mon monogram and I am leaning towards the pink and caramel colors. It looks fresh and girly but still staying neutral..

Other options I was playing with were:
- Khaki with caramel: looks too dark
- Green with light grey: looks sporty

What do you hunnies think? Am I making the right choice with the pink and caramel stripes?
