Hi everyone!

I’m currently working on my Master’s thesis at Maastricht University, researching how employees experience and deal with changes in the workplace.

I’m still looking for 100 more participants, and I would be incredibly grateful if you could help me reach my goal!

⏱️ Only 8–10 minutes | Survey in English

You can participate if you:

Are 18 years or older
Are currently employed
Have worked in your current or a similar role within the same organization for at least 3 months

Every response brings me one step closer to completing my research. Thank you so much for your support, I would be very grateful for your help!
